How will I learn in a group?

The Snow School defines each level in detail to help you to choose the correct stage and then participate in a class accordingly, with skiers of a similar ability or with comparable goals. Adults and children alike benefit from small class sizes and your instructor will tailor the lessons to the group, keeping everyone moving, optimising your time on the piste and helping you to advance more quickly. Small group numbers, with a maximum of 4 skiers in our low season lessons, ensure that your instructor can observe everyone effectively, provide individual feedback and demonstrate specific corrections and techniques.

Our instructors have been selected for their professional and friendly style that keeps the learning fun, and their passion for their sport is contagious and provides an immediate connection within the class. Small group skiing is an enjoyable and sociable way to improve your knowledge of skiing and skills on the snow, and in our experience, we find that everyone’s enthusiasm for the mountains is a natural ice-breaker. You won’t be stood around getting cold, so catching up with your new classmates will mainly occur on the chair lifts! Building a rapport with fellow skiers can be a great way to continue your improvement during your tuition or even be the basis for finding a buddy of the same ability outside of the class.
